About GRNN
GRNN is a new membership organization in Glen Rock led entirely by volunteers with support from a part-time coordinator. There are more than 300 Villages in the United States. We at GRNN are proud to be one of the very first in New Jersey!
GRNN started in 2021 when a group of residents connected with North Jersey Villages, a volunteer-based 501(3)c organization that incubates and supports the Village Movement in Bergen and Passaic Counties. North Jersey Villages and Glen Rock residents have been meeting monthly to develop GRNN. We officially launched in April of 2025. As of March 2026 we have over 40 members and nearly 30 volunteers!
